Job summary

Emerson is seeking a regional marketing leader to drive bookings growth and profitability across the MEA region. You will develop strategic plans, align with Sales and global HQ, and expand market presence through messaging, digital marketing, and sales enablement.

You will ensure ROI-focused programs and materials support regional sales teams. You will partner with US HQ, manage campaigns, and oversee market development in priority segments, while upholding policies and Emerson's culture of

Qualifications

Marketing degree or marketing qualification required.
Experience in Technical B2B marketing preferred.
Experience in strategy development and support.
MBA or engineering degree preferred but not necessary.
Strong business orientation and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Lead marketing function in the region to achieve bookings, sales and profit targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans and programs to grow Emerson SYSS in MEA.
Coordinate with regional leadership, Sales and global HQ for alignment on messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Enable sales through planning cadence, KPI tracking, digital marketing initiatives and sales enablement tools.
Provide market insights and feedback to BU HQ to support marketing communications and product development.
Ensure availability of information and materials to support sales activities and upskill the Sales team.
Maintain knowledge of the technology portfolio and support regional sales activities.
