Job summary

Adisseo in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a hands-on Regional Marketing Operations & Omnichannel Manager to own omnichannel campaigns, platforms, data and delivery across IMEA, while directly line-managing two team members in Dubai and India.

You will build, launch and optimise campaigns across email, social and web, localising global campaigns for 15+ markets, maintaining a unified calendar and asset library.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years in B2B marketing, including 3+ years hands-on omnichannel and digital execution.
• Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns personally with platform setup, audience logic and results.

Responsibilities

• Personally build, launch and optimise campaigns across email, social, web, webinars, distributor and partner channels.
• Localise and activate global campaigns across 15+ IMEA markets within the platforms.
• Manage marketing automation, dashboards, reporting and lead routing end-to-end.
• Maintain data quality, segmentation and consent/compliance across the region.
• Track KPI performance, manage spend tracker and contribute to forecasting and finance reconciliation.
