Job summary

Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking a Director-level regional marketer to lead MEAI strategies, partnering with regional commercial leaders to grow market share in genomics and life sciences. You will translate insights into practical regional plans and support channel partners across MEAI and EMEAI while aligning with global marketing priorities.

You will drive execution of strategic plans, manage multiple projects, and utilize automation tools to optimize campaigns and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in marketing and in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Solid understanding of the MEAI life science/genomic sequencing market with experience working with channel partners such as distributors and dealers.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with marketing/sales automation tools such as HubSpot/SFDC.
• Can-do attitude; excellent organization and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to drive activities to ambitious timelines.
• Analytical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional MEAI marketing strategies and translate insights into actionable plans with impact on sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with regional commercial leaders to manage channel partners across the MEAI and EMEAI regions; pilot, incubate and iterate local programs.
• Articulate regional marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities to reach key customer segments.
• Align regional plans with central marketing to reflect trends and longer-term opportunities for the technology and products.
• Collect and communicate field feedback to global strategy and roadmap and commercial goals.
• Partner with marketing operations and events teams to deploy tactical plans and measure key metrics; iterate for best practice.
• Maintain timelines and priorities across multiple projects.
