RTC-1 Work Solutions is seeking a Regional Lead Accountant for our client in Sharjah, UAE. The role focuses on managing a regional finance team and delivering timely financial reporting in line with group requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive multinational experience, lead entity-level audits, and oversee monthly reconciliations and VAT/compliance procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in the same role within a multinational group.
• Experience leading entity-level legal audits.
• Experience completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Knowledge of UAE legal regulations and standards.
• Sage software experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group Financing Manager and Regional Manager daily.
• Lead a regional finance team delivering reports and processing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary.
• Prepare inputs for monthly consolidated financial reporting and ensure audit alignment.
• Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns.
