Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL in the MEIAT region seeks a strategic Regional Head of Internal Communication to partner with the CEO and ExCo, shaping and delivering corporate messaging across diverse markets.

You will safeguard Richemont's image, lead regional communications, and drive the Strategic Action Plan with autonomy, influencing leadership and cross-cultural teams in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in communications, PR or corporate environments.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Luxury brands or multinational exposure preferred.
• Deep understanding of the MEIAT region's cultural, political and economic landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional internal communication plan across markets.
• Advise the CEO and ExCo on leadership messaging and speaking engagements.
• Lead regional crisis communication efforts with timely, accurate information dissemination.
• Oversee HR internal communications and liaison with Group Corporate Communications (Geneva).
• Provide advisory support to MEIAT market teams and leadership.
