Capital.com is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee all finance activity for our UAE operations, spanning regulated and non-regulated entities as we scale in the Middle East. You will be the senior finance authority for the UAE, owning regulatory reporting, treasury oversight and financial control while partnering with regulators, auditors and banks.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience within CFD, forex or online trading brokerage.
• Hands-on ownership of consolidation, treasury and regulatory reporting across multiple entities.
• Direct experience with UAE regulatory reporting and client money rules (SCA/DFSA/ADGM).

Responsibilities

• Own all financial regulatory reporting for UAE entities, including monthly reports and annual filings.
• Lead UAE entity consolidation and monthly group management accounts.
• Direct treasury activity and client money reconciliations per UAE rules.
• Lead external audits and manage auditor relationships end-to-end.
• Own UAE budget and variance analysis, coordinating with Group FP&A.
• Oversee banking, payments, payroll, accounting and tax for UAE entities.
• Approve expenses and supervise supplier payments.
• Support tax planning and ensure tax compliance.
• Build and manage relationships with regulators, banks and suppliers.
• Lead, develop and manage the local finance team.
