Job summary
ecap, a FTSE-listed multinational, seeks a Finance Director to oversee financial performance and support strategic decision-making across the GCC.
The successful candidate will lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategy, delivering commercial insights to drive growth and profitability across regional markets.
We expect ~15 years of finance experience, ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications, multinational exposure, and a hands-on leadership style to influence senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Experience in multinational environments across multiple markets.
- Strong background in commercial finance, strategic planning and financial governance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute business strategies.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategic planning.
- Provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support decisions and growth initiatives.
- Drive working capital improvements and cash flow management.
- Oversee regional financial reporting, governance and internal controls.
- Lead and develop the regional finance function and teams.
