Job summary

Gradiant is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Regional Finance Manager across the Middle East region. The role covers consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, turning financial data into insights to guide investments and operating decisions.

You will partner with operations and commercial teams, build financial models, monitor working capital and cash flow, and contribute to strategic projects including grants and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA or CIMA is an advantage.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management reporting, commercial finance or audit.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Commercial and business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Regional reporting and consolidation across multiple entities.
• Analyze actual results against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs, KPI analysis and management commentary.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and rolling financial projections.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making.
• Support for investment valuation and strategic project analysis.
• Assist Finance Managers and team members with reporting, reconciliation and analytics.
