MoonTech is seeking a Fundraising Campaign Director to plan and execute a regional campaign across Riyadh, Doha, and Dubai. You will own the campaign schedule, bookings, coordination, and execution to enable founders to focus on delivering their message.

The role involves coordinating PR, events, investor meetings, and founder dinners while managing timelines and travel. Remote-ready in the Gulf with strong regional ties and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a campaign from planning through execution.
• Background in PR, communications, events, political campaigns, product launches, conferences, or similar work.
• Strong regional media knowledge and networks across the Gulf.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage the complete campaign calendar.
• Secure press coverage, podcast appearances, panel opportunities, and speaking engagements.
• Organize founder dinners, investor events, and regional meetings.
• Manage founder schedules, travel arrangements, briefings, and preparation.
• Coordinate PR agencies, event partners, content teams, and external suppliers.
• Track deadlines, bookings, follow-ups, deliverables, and overall campaign progress.
• Identify and resolve issues independently.
• Provide clear weekly progress updates, risks, and next steps.
