Job summary

MoonTech, an AI-first, agentic workflow company, seeks a Fundraising Campaign Director to plan and execute a regional campaign across Riyadh, Doha, and Dubai, covering PR, podcasts, panels, founder content, investor meetings, private dinners, and events.

You will own the campaign schedule, bookings, coordination, and execution, allowing the founders to focus on attending meetings and delivering their message. The ideal candidate has leadership experience and a strong Gulf network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a campaign from planning through execution.
• Background in PR, communications, events, product launches, conferences, or similar work.
• Strong professional network across the Gulf, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
• Good knowledge of regional media and events (LEAP, GITEX, Misk, Hub71).
• Experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior leaders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
• Consistent availability throughout the full campaign period.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the GCC when required.

• Secure press coverage, podcast appearances, panel opportunities, and speaking engagements.
• Organize founder dinners, investor events, and regional meetings.
• Manage founder schedules, travel arrangements, briefings, and preparation.
• Coordinate PR agencies, event partners, content teams, and external suppliers.
• Track deadlines, bookings, follow-ups, deliverables, and overall campaign progress.
• Identify and resolve issues independently.
• Provide clear weekly progress updates, risks, and next steps.

Fundraising Campaign Director

We are looking for someone to plan and execute a regional campaign across Riyadh, Doha, and Dubai, covering PR, podcasts, panels, founder content, investor meetings, private dinners, and events.
