Job summary

ITF Therapeutics in Dubai seeks an experienced leader to recruit, hire, coach, and develop Key Account Managers, elevating regional performance across the territory.

The role leads in-field sales, extensive travel, and the translation of market insights into growth strategies, while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving team training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including institutional sales.
• 5 years of experience leading a pharmaceutical sales team with regional success.
• Rare disease experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Ability to travel extensively within and outside the assigned area.
