Confidential — Integrated Marketing Agency in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive new business across the GCC, Jordan, and Egypt. You will identify opportunities, pitch integrated agency services, and lead negotiations from first contact to closing.

You will build relationships with senior marketing and procurement leaders, manage a strong pipeline, and collaborate with creative, digital, and activation teams to deliver tailored client solutions that meet revenue

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing/advertising/creative agency BD.
• Track record of securing major accounts and hitting sales targets.
• Experience with large brands and complex pitches/procurement.
• Strong UAE/GCC network.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business across GCC, Jordan, and Egypt.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, targeting major brands.
• Develop relationships with senior marketing, procurement, and business leaders.
• Lead proposals, pitches, tenders, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Collaborate with creative, social media, digital, and activation teams to craft client solutions.
