Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Regional Brand Manager to drive regional product strategy, launches, and portfolio optimization from Dubai. You will collaborate with global R&D, lead market-driven innovation, and align regional marketing plans with customer needs and industry standards.

The role requires 7+ years in brand or product management within industrial/B2B sectors, plus a marketing degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, product management, marketing, or innovation, preferably within industrial, building materials, or B2B sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and specifications (ISO, ASTM, API) and their application in customer and project environments.
• Experience in heat-resistant and tank-lining coatings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional innovation projects as Project Manager, overseeing category assortment and execution of regional marketing plans.
• Collaborate with global and regional R&D teams to build the regional innovation product pipeline and manage specialty projects independently.
• Drive regional growth and profitability by managing the product portfolio and identifying market opportunities.
• Execute category initiatives including product launches, re-launches, and innovations in line with marketing strategies and customer needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Services, R&D, and other stakeholders) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor products in service by analyzing usage, customer feedback, pricing, market positioning, and profitability.
• Support and guide local sales and marketing teams by sharing best practices and enabling broader use of product variations.
• Deliver product knowledge support and conduct training sessions for regional teams.

Kinetic is working with a reputable and well-established Chemical & Manufacturing company that are actively recruiting a Regional Brand Manager for their team in UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Lead regional innovation projects as Project Manager, overseeing category assortment and execution of regional marketing plans.
• Collaborate with global and regional R&D teams to build the regional innovation product pipeline and manage specialty projects independently.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, product management, marketing, or innovation, preferably within industrial, building materials, or B2B sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and specifications (e.g., International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ASTM International (ASTM), NACE International (NACE), SSPC (SSPC), American Petroleum Institute (API)) and their application in customer and project environments.
• Experience in heat-resistant and tank-lining coatings is an advantage.
• Strong project management capabilities with solid analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders across diverse cultures and markets.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach.
