Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Regional Bid Implementation Manager MPL IMEA based in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to own end-to-end bid design and lead responses for complex MPL solutions. You will coordinate cross-country teams, craft detailed designs, operating models and pricing, and prepare P&L for client proposals.

You will drive RFQ processes, engage stakeholders, participate in negotiations, and ensure timely tender submissions while aligning with global best practices and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in MPL solution design.
• Proven ability to design solutions for MPL verticals.
• Experience in RFQ/RFP responses and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design and lead bid to win.
• Develop detailed designs, cost estimates and draft P&L for proposals.
• Guide design teams across regions on new opportunities.
• Set RFQ response schedules and coordinate stakeholders.
• Attend customer negotiations and prepare tender documentation.
• Drive project implementation setup and governance.
