Job summary

Six Construct seeks a seasoned Bid Manager to lead high-value tenders across the Middle East and Africa, guiding them from inquiry to contract. You will coordinate internal teams across engineering, planning, procurement, legal, finance and HSE to deliver competitive bids aligned with growth objectives.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, pricing strategy, financial modeling, and risk analysis under FIDIC frameworks, with a focus on infrastructure and marine projects.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in infrastructure and marine projects.
• Proven bid management track record across Africa and the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of international contract frameworks like FIDIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead tenders end-to-end, coordinating internal/external teams.
• Oversee cost estimation, pricing strategy and financial modeling.
• Perform contractual and commercial risk analyses.
• Ensure timely, compliant, high-quality bid submissions.
