Job summary

Minara is a Dubai-based distributor of premium AV, automation and control solutions. We are expanding our team with a B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to grow dealer, integrator and consultant channels across the UAE, GCC and wider MENA.

You will own the complete customer relationship, from opening new accounts to specifying products, negotiating terms and closing orders. Travel across the GCC and MENA is expected as part of territory management.

Qualifications

• Established network of AV integrators, consultants, developers or dealer accounts within the UAE and GCC.
• 2–5 years in B2B sales, business development or account management in AV/automation.
• Knowledge of both residential and professional markets is required.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a strong advantage for MENA territory.
• Willing to travel regularly; based in Dubai or willing to relocate; valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new dealer, integrator and consultant relationships across the region.
• Manage sales from first conversation through quotation and negotiation to closing the order.
• Own and grow an assigned portfolio of dealer and integrator accounts as the primary contact.
• Get brands specified by consultants, architects and developers at the design stage of a project.
• Present and demonstrate products at the Minara Experience Centre and at customer sites.
• Represent Minara at trade shows, dealer events and training sessions.
• Work with the technical team on system design queries and after-sales support.
• Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets with an accurate pipeline and CRM records.
