Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a high-caliber sales leader to monitor the Jaguar/Land Rover sales plan and targets across the region, guiding showroom teams with input, guidance, and motivation. You will coordinate budgeting, pricing and stocking policies, review showroom performance, and implement timely actions to expand profits, customer base and market share within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant technical or business-related discipline.
• Minimum five to eight years of experience in sales within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales process for Jaguar/Land Rover in the region, and communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team in each showroom.
• Provide budgetary inputs and agree on the annual sales plan in alignment with targets, budget, and forecast profitability; monitor performance and take corrective action.
• Review and monitor future sales plan implementation and results in each showroom; communicate changes with General Manager Sales.
• Contribute to pricing and stocking policies and ensure proper implementation.
• Ensure understanding of current pricing and marketing activities by all teams.
• Review prospects and their sources.
• Handle critical problems or major customer complaints escalated from showrooms and ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with Customer Interaction Center for efficient sales support.
• Coordinate with sales support for facilitation of sales processes.
• Ensure offer creation is properly prepared and generated for customers.
• Ensure efficient vehicle ordering and distribution with showroom communication.
• Establish and maintain market networks for intelligence and customer preferences.
• Review Autoline reports to monitor business and people performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to subordinates and evaluate performance.
