Al Tayer Group is seeking a regional sales leader to monitor and drive Jaguar/Land Rover sales targets across the UAE showrooms. You will guide the sales team with inputs, set annual plans, monitor profitability, and adjust strategies in response to market changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical or business-related discipline, with tertiary qualification in sales.
• Minimum five to eight years of experience in sales within the automotive industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales process for Jaguar/Land Rover in the region and communicate sales plan and targets to the showrooms.
• Provide inputs and budgetary inputs and agree on annual sales plan aligned with targets and forecast profitability.
• Review and monitor future sales plan implementation across showrooms and adapt to changes.
• Contribute to development of pricing and stocking policies and ensure proper implementation.
• Ensure understanding of current pricing and marketing activities by teams.
• Review all prospects and their sources; handle major customer complaints or escalations.
• Liaise with Customer Interaction Center to provide efficient sales support; coordinate with sales support team.
