Job summary

HeadTalent APAC is seeking a Regional Accounting Manager – Middle East to own the UAE accounting and financial reporting for the group. Based in Dubai, you will lead the in-country team and coordinate with outsourced providers to ensure accurate month-end close and robust reporting.

The role requires IFRS expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage UAE tax and regulatory matters with external advisers. A fast-moving regional business awaits your expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in accounting, regional or multinational setup preferred.
• Experience with IFRS and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with UAE entities and tax/regulatory aspects.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day UAE entity accounting and month-end close under IFRS.
• Prepare consolidated UAE reports and intercompany reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis and variance explanations for management.
• Coordinate UAE tax, audits and regulatory matters.
