Job summary

placeup is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience and diagnose faults efficiently while ensuring systems operate safely and reliably.

Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing refrigeration equipment, performing preventive maintenance, reading technical drawings, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certificate in Refrigeration, HVAC, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems and cycles.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Reading technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs.
