The ideal candidate has strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and project mobilization in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Recruitment Specialist (6 Month - Maternity Cover)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong recruitment experience within EPC and PMC environments.
• Proven experience recruiting for Iraq projects is highly desirable.
• Strong track record in recruiting engineering, technical and project personnel across disciplines such as Engineering, Construction, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Commissioning and Project Controls.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and project mobilization
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced project environment.
