Job description

- Coordinating with department managers and concerned parties to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

- Developing and defining candidate selection criteria to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the recruitment process.

- Supervising the search for qualified candidates using various channels such as digital recruitment platforms and professional networks.

- Managing interview processes and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and personal interviews.

- Accurately evaluating candidate information including resumes and contact details using applicant tracking systems.

- Designing and developing personal interview questions that reflect the requirements of each job to ensure the selection of the best talents.

- Facilitating internal nomination and promotion processes to ensure that vacancies are filled with qualified talents and to support the career development of employees.

- Ensuring full compliance with corporate policies procedures and best practices in recruitment processes.

- Performing any additional tasks directed by the direct manager to support recruitment objectives.
