Recruitment Officer

looking for a talented Recruitment Officer—to join a government entity in Dubai and support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/online interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Prepare interview schedules, candidate assessments, and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate offer letters, approvals, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the ATS/HR systems.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job profiles.
• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with government policies and procedures.
• Support emiratisation and attraction initiatives.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, hiring status, and workforce reports to management.

Ideal Candidate
