A leading marine engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in human resources or related fields, along with HR certifications and experience in the Marine or Engineering sector. This role requires knowledge of UAE labor laws and effective coordination with department heads. Strong candidate sourcing and selection skills are essential.

• Screen resumes and conduct interviews for candidate selection.
• Liaise for visa processing and onboarding.

Requirements

• A Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with HR certifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) and knowledge of labor laws, maritime regulations, and HR software.
• Experience: 36 Years (preferably in the Marine or Engineering sector).
