Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong recruiting and interviewing skills, with the ability to evaluate and select the best candidates for the position.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED and we are open to considering foreign candidates.

The primary duties of this role will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential job seekers, negotiating salaries and benefits, preparing job offers, onboarding new employees, and monitoring employee performance. Additionally, the Recruiter will be responsible for staying updated on market trends and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
