Job summary

Jing Hau in Abu Dhabi is seeking a recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on connecting with candidates, building a strong candidate pool, and supporting rapid team expansion.

You will source via job boards and social media, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and guide onboarding. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Previous experience as a Recruiter/HR professional.
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to consider hiring foreigners for the position.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit potential candidates for open positions by using job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen applicants’ resumes, assess their qualifications and invite selected candidates for interviews with the hiring managers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, such as employee orientation and paperwork processing.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with job market trends and innovative recruiting practices.
• Manage recruitment efforts within budget.
• Prepare various reports related to recruitment activities.
• Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
