Job summary

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates, providing initial screening and interviewing of potential candidates, negotiating salaries, and onboarding new hires. You will be expected to build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners, as well as coordinate recruitment activities.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. You should also have experience with different sourcing methods (e.g., social media) and the ability to conduct background checks on potential hires.
