Job summary

Richmond Properties in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a strong focus on high-volume hiring for sales and operations, shaping the company’s future by attracting top talent and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

The role requires UAE real estate recruitment experience, fluency in English and one of Turkish, Farsi, Italian, German or Russian, knowledge of UAE labour law and HR

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within real estate or sales-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management
• Deliver high-volume hiring for sales
• Develop targeted recruitment campaigns and compelling job advertisements
• Maintain excellent candidate experience and clear communication throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment performance, maintain accurate reporting, and provide monthly updates to management
• Strengthen Richmond Properties' employer brand through social media, events, and recruitment initiatives
