Job summary

Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa is seeking an attentive Recreation Attendant to design activity agendas, promote guest engagement, and manage equipment. You will recruit and schedule guests, inform them about available facilities, and uphold safety policies during activities.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with disabilities, maintaining equipment, and supporting staff with coaching and safety training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and coach employees when needed.

Responsibilities

• Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software.
• Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere and inform guests about facilities and activities.
• Ensure safety by promoting rules and regulations and responding to emergencies per procedures.
• Assist guests with disabilities and maintain equipment and supplies.
