One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai seeks a Recreation Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Recreation Department. You will help coordinate daily activities, staff scheduling, training, documentation, and cross‑department communication to uphold resort standards.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or coordination experience in resort, hotel, recreation, leisure, or similar environment.
• Experience supporting a large team or department is advantageous.
• Experience with staff scheduling, training coordination, reporting, and HR administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of PMS/FSI or similar systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative activities and operational requirements of the Recreation Department.
• Prepare and maintain staff schedules, vacation plans, attendance records, and departmental documentation.
• Coordinate briefings and ensure information is communicated to the team.
• Maintain employee, training, inventory, and operational records.
• Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and new team member documentation.
• Coordinate departmental training programs and monitor completion of required training.
• Assist in preparing reports, statistics, and other departmental documentation.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory; maintain stock levels.
• Support cost control and departmental expense monitoring.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments on staffing and administrative needs.
• Ensure procedures and resort standards, including health and safety, are up to date.
• Maintain communication with team members and other departments.
• Update relevant resort systems such as PMS and FSI.
