Job summary

Talentspoc in the UAE seeks a qualified Reconstructive Surgery Specialist to join our medical team. The successful candidate will evaluate complex soft-tissue defects, develop treatment plans, and perform advanced reconstructive procedures.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide pre-operative counseling, manage post-operative care, and maintain meticulous patient records. A medical degree with a UAE DHA license and a postgraduate qualification in Plastic or Reconstructive Surgery

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent with postgraduate qualification in Plastic or Reconstructive Surgery.
• Valid UAE DHA or equivalent medical license.
• Proven experience in reconstructive surgery.
• Strong knowledge of skin grafts and flap procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized reconstructive surgery plans.
• Perform skin grafting and local/free flap reconstructions.
• Manage post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including plastic surgeons, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists.
• Provide pre-operative counseling on options, risks, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in ongoing professional development.

You will be responsible for evaluating complex soft-tissue defects, developing treatment plans, and performing advanced reconstructive surgeries including skin grafts and flap reconstructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized reconstructive surgery plans.
• Perform various reconstructive surgical procedures such as skin grafting, local and free flap reconstruction.
• Manage post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery and minimize complications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including plastic surgeons, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists.
• Provide pre-operative counseling to patients regarding surgical options, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in continuous professional development.
