Job summary

ENNISMORE is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Agent/Stock Clerk in Ras al-Khaimah to inspect incoming goods, ensure food safety compliance, and coordinate with the Purchasing team.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, complete receiving paperwork, organize stock in proper locations, and support vendors to resolve discrepancies. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training in supply chain/logistics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy to identify discrepancies in goods received.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage busy receiving areas.
• Good communication skills to interact with suppliers, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming goods for damage, defects or discrepancies to ensure quality and compliance.
• Accurately complete and file receiving paperwork (delivery notes, invoices, goods receipt forms).
• Store goods in appropriate locations and maintain organized receiving area for smooth workflow.
• Update inventory records and monitor stock levels; report discrepancies to Purchasing In-Charge.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, log returns and process them appropriately.
• Assist in stock counts/audits and reconcile differences with Purchasing team.
• Follow safety guidelines and health regulations, especially for food and chemicals.
• Report any delivery discrepancies or non-conformances promptly and help resolve issues with suppliers.
• Support other departments to ensure timely delivery and efficient stock management.
• Follow sustainable practices like waste reduction, recycling, and proper packaging disposal.
