Job summary

ENNISMORE is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island team. You will receive, inspect, and log incoming goods, ensuring quality and quantity alignment with PO. Collaboration with Accounts Payable and Purchasing is essential to sustain smooth operations.

The role requires precise documentation, HACCP adherence, and a tidy receiving area, with the ability to lift items and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent qualifications with prior experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Materials Control and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move items and perform accurate counting.
• Effective communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Familiarity with HACCP standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders with quality/quantity accuracy.
• Document discrepancies or damages and report to appropriate departments.
• Maintain daily receiving logs for both food and non-food items.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Purchasing to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to HACCP standards in product handling and storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
