Job summary

Kimpton Sevn Dubai is seeking a Receiving Clerk cum Storekeeper to manage receiving, storage, and inventory controls from day one. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisation, and a disciplined approach to ensure all deliveries are checked, documented, and stored correctly.

You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, and hotel operations to protect inventory integrity and support audit and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Check deliveries against approved purchase orders and documentation
• Verify quantities, weight, quality, specifications, packaging, condition and expiry dates
• Record goods received in the hotel system
• Store stock correctly, safely and systematically
• Document all stock issues and movements
• Maintain clean, organised, secure receiving and storage areas
• Provide reliable inventory information to Finance and hotel operations
