Job summary

Top Neom Real Estate Broker in the UAE is seeking a motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our growing team. You will contact prospective clients, generate leads, promote properties, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate has excellent verbal communication, strong persuasion, English fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will use CRM tools, maintain client records, and follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp and email.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages are an advantage.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
• Provide accurate information about property prices, payment plans, and project details.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
• Maintain professional communication and comply with applicable UAE telemarketing regulations.
