Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Dubai real estate.
- Proven telesales, lead conversion or property sales experience.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Calling and following up with assigned real estate leads.
- Understanding client requirements and investment objectives.
- Presenting suitable Dubai property opportunities.
- Following up through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Handling objections and negotiating with prospects.
- Converting qualified leads into meetings, bookings and property transactions.
- Maintaining accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
