Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the UAE seeks a Senior Manager to deliver strategic real estate advisory for clients across the region. You will translate client needs into actionable engagements, developing long-term roadmaps, feasibility studies, and due diligence across residential, retail, hotel, and commercial real estate.

You will lead engagements, mentor juniors, and maintain robust client relationships while guiding acquisitions and market analyses in a globally connected firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with outstanding academic performance.
• 8+ years of strategy-related experience in Real Estate Consulting, Private Equity, or Real Estate Development.
• CFA/CAIA/RICS qualification will be preferred.
• Experience across real estate development lifecycle and focus on strategy development, acquisitions, due diligence, or market research.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
• Develop and execute strategic agendas for Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism clients.
• Lead strategy projects across lifecycle: roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept ideation, due diligence, and valuation.
• Coach junior team members and maintain strong client engagement.
