Job summary

EY-Parthenon Strategy in Dubai seeks ambitious consultants to join our Government & Energy/Sustainability teams. You will translate client needs into strategic deliverables, shape engagements, and collaborate with C-Suite executives on long-term roadmaps and growth strategies.

You will work with global corporates, governments and sovereign funds, using market analysis and portfolio optimization to drive high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Travel within the MENA region is expected.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from a top-ranking university. MBA or Master’s from a top business school is a plus.
• At least 3 years of work experience, ideally within consulting or strategy-related work, preferably in Government and Public, Energy (Oil & Gas, Power and Utilities, New Energies) and Sustainability sectors.
• Ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic language in a professional environment.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the MENA region, when necessary (approximately 25-50% of time).

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables within strategy engagements.
• Define the objective and scope of engagements in consultation with seniors.
• Work on long-term strategy roadmaps, growth, market entry and go-to-market projects.
• Collaborate with clients including global corporates, governments and sovereign funds.
• Support senior teams with analysis, storytelling and execution of strategic recommendations.
