Job summary

WOW Real Estate is hiring a Real Estate Specialist in Sharjah for a full-time, on-site role. You will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, list properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through market trends and investment opportunities.

You will support negotiations, documentation, and closing processes while building strong client relationships. You will track leads, prepare reports, and collaborate on marketing strategies, staying informed about regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property including property valuation, market analysis, and transaction coordination.
• 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Development, project lifecycles and investment potential.
• Experience in UAE market with Sharjah familiarity is beneficial.
• Excellent communication in English; other languages are a plus.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain organized records.
• Proficiency with office software and real estate CRM; digital marketing for listings is helpful.
• Diploma/degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent experience.
