Job summary

Burney Real Estate LLC in Dubai invites motivated Real Estate Property Consultants to join our growing team. We welcome freshers and experienced agents who are ambitious, target-driven, and eager to build a Dubai real estate career.

The role is full-time in Dubai, UAE, with a commission-based compensation structure and a monthly AED 500 travel allowance, plus additional incentives based on performance. Training and mentorship are provided to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential buyers and investors.

• Conduct calls, meetings, and property presentations.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients.
• Negotiate and assist in closing transactions.
• Maintain client information and activities in the CRM.
• Build your personal brand through social media and real estate content.
• Work toward individual sales targets.

Burney Real Estate is hiring motivated Real Estate Property Consultants to join our growing Dubai team.

We are looking for both Freshers and Experienced Real Estate Agents who are ambitious, confident, target-driven, and serious about building a career in Dubai real estate.

IMPORTANT

This is a commission-based position with NO fixed monthly salary. Candidates must be comfortable with the commission structure and the AED 500 monthly travel allowance before applying.
