Job summary

The role is full-time in Dubai, UAE, with a commission-based compensation structure and a monthly AED 500 travel allowance, plus additional incentives based on performance. Training and mentorship are provided to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
• Ambitious and motivated by high earning potential.
• Willing to learn and attend regular training.
• Comfortable with daily calls and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential buyers and investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Present and explain projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct calls, meetings, and property presentations.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients.
• Negotiate and assist in closing transactions.
• Maintain client information and activities in the CRM.
• Build your personal brand through social media and real estate content.
• Work toward individual sales targets.
