REAP HR & Recruitment Consultancy in Abu Dhabi is urgently recruiting Real Estate Sales Agents / Property Consultants. You will identify buyers and investors, generate leads, and present residential and commercial properties to clients.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in real estate sales, strong negotiation and closing skills, and fluent English/Arabic (multilingual options). The role offers a generous commission of 35–60% and a salary AED 3,000–4,000 monthly, with visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Proven sales ability and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and property investors.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided leads.
• Promote residential and commercial property opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide professional property consultations to prospective buyers and investors.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
• Negotiate property offers and commercial terms with prospective clients.
• Develop long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi property market trends, new developments, and project launches.
