Job summary

REAP HR & Recruitment Services in Abu Dhabi is urgently recruiting 50 Real Estate Sales Agents / Property Consultants to join an established client. Walk-in or online interviews are available, with immediate joining and a strong commission-based earning potential.

Candidates should have sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, result-oriented mindset. Initial allowance of AED 3,000 per month for 1–2 months is offered to selected candidates.

Qualifications

• Real estate sales experience preferred (1+ year).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Willingness to join immediately; walk-in interviews.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage buyers/investors and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Arrange property viewings, consultations, and present opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and nurture client relationships for repeat business.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends and collaborate with marketing/admin teams.
