Job summary

REAP HR & Recruitment Consultants is urgently recruiting 50 Real Estate Sales Agents/Property Consultants for a leading Abu Dhabi real estate client. This is a full-time, commission-based role with no fixed salary; immediate joiners are preferred and walk-in / online interviews will be held.

You will identify buyers, present property options, negotiate deals, and build long‑term relationships while earning a performance-driven commission of 35%–60% plus an initial AED 3,000 per month for 1–2

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or other sales roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers and investors for properties.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and leads.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
• Negotiate offers and close deals with clients.
