Job summary

Onwani Properties is seeking a driven real estate sales professional to generate and close opportunities in Abu Dhabi. You will arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and drive targets while building strong client relationships and staying informed on market trends.

Applicants should have UAE real estate experience, be fluent in Arabic and English, and present themselves professionally. Abu Dhabi market knowledge and a broker license are advantageous, with visa, insurance, and training

Qualifications

6–12 months UAE real estate experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills.
Arabic & English speaker required.
Presentable, professional, confident and sales-oriented.
Ability to generate, follow up, and convert leads.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai market is an advantage.
Existing Abu Dhabi Broker License preferred.

Responsibilities

Generate and develop new leads, clients, buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Arrange and conduct property viewings and follow up with clients.
Source and negotiate offers from viewing through to closing.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, property owners, and brokers.
Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, prices, and new developments.
Maintain accurate client and sales records through the company CRM.
Provide professional and excellent customer service.
