Job summary

Q Express Documents Transport LLC - Dubai South Branch - L14 is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead construction procurement across the AMET region. You will drive sourcing strategies, manage contracts, and deliver value across multi‑million‑dollar real estate projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of civil, architectural works, MEP, and fit-out trades, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience in supply chain management.
• Ability to define program requirements and use metrics to improve results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute construction category sourcing strategies across AMET region.
• Negotiate and manage framework agreements to secure best value.
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and procurement improvements.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to leadership.
• Lead tender management, prequalification, onboarding and evaluations.
