Job summary

Huspy is seeking a highly organized Real Estate Operations & Payments Specialist to oversee the financial operations of our real estate business. This role ensures transaction reporting accuracy, verifies commissions, manages payments, and maintains regulatory compliance while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Developers, and Product teams.

Qualifications

Strong stakeholder management with cross-team collaboration.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to financial data accuracy.
Knowledge of AML/KYC and regulatory controls is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own the operational P&L for real estate transactions and ensure accurate reporting.
Validate documentation to meet financial, operational, and compliance requirements.
Calculate and verify deal-related financials including agent commissions and referral fees.
Coordinate with developers to track payment milestones and ensure timely collections.
Lead AML compliance processes and act as the payments liaison across teams.
