Job summary

Smart Bricks is the applied AI lab for real estate, building the intelligence infrastructure for the world’s largest asset class. You’ll underwrite real transactions, evaluate AI outputs and help define what exceptional investment analysis looks like.

You’ll bring institutional investment thinking directly into the product, collaborating with AI and Product teams to produce rigorous, scalable investment analyses across markets and asset classes.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, acquisitions, lending or institutional advisory.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment fundamentals.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written investment communication.
• Interest in reinventing how the work gets done.
