Smart Bricks is building the applied AI capabilities for real estate, seeking exceptional real estate investors to encode institutional expertise into AI. You will collaborate with AI engineers and customers to reveal how top real estate organisations source, underwrite, diligence and make investment decisions.

Qualifications
- Experience in institutional real estate investing or private equity.
- Excellent financial modelling and underwriting skills.
- Strong commercial judgment and curiosity about AI.
Responsibilities
- Deconstruct institutional underwriting workflows and translate them into scalable AI processes.
- Work directly with investment teams at customers to understand needs and outputs.
- Define the reasoning and outputs required from specialised agents.
- Build and evaluate real estate-specific AI workflows for underwriting and investment analysis.
- Design underwriting methodologies and evaluation benchmarks for property types.
- Review AI-generated investment analyses for accuracy and usefulness.
- Help build asset-specific agents across office, residential, logistics, hospitality, data centres and other sectors.
- Translate investment expertise into scalable software for AI systems.
