Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an FP&A Manager based in Dubai to drive financial planning, analysis and reporting for regional operations. You will contribute to budgets and quarterly forecasts, enabling performance insights and supporting senior leadership with data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel modeling, and effective stakeholder management. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and ERP systems is advantageous, with 3–5 years in a similar function in

Qualifications

Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (e.g., CA, ACCA, CFA).
3-5 years of experience in a similar FP&A/finance role.
Experience with ERP Financial Software such as SAP and SAC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Monthly MIS: extract financial reports and create monthly Flash Performance Reports for stakeholders.
Budget & Forecasts: build annual budget and 3-year plan with uploads into SAP Analytics Cloud.
Financial Analysis: perform monthly variance analysis and monitor overheads.
Business Support: participate in monthly cash forecast meetings and support HR reports.
AI & Automation: identify areas for automation and participate in group AI trainings.
